Q:How many nerves does a tooth have?
A:There is usually one vertical nerve in each root of a tooth. Typically a molar has 3 to 4 roots. A bicuspid has 1 to 2 roots. And front teeth have usually 1 root. However there are sometimes two nerves in one root.
